The CWS Workwear Sales Kickoff was a multi-day international sales conference held in Prague, bringing together teams from across Europe. The programme combined keynote sessions, smaller breakout workshops, internal awards, and an evening social programme.

I was responsible for full visual coverage of the event, documenting both the official conference programme and the informal moments around it. The goal was to create a cohesive set of images that could be used across internal communication, presentations, and future event promotion.

From a photography perspective, this type of corporate conference requires more than just stage coverage. The schedule moves quickly, lighting conditions vary throughout the day, and key moments often happen outside the main stage — during workshops, discussions, and networking. My role was to work discreetly in the background while consistently delivering clean, usable imagery that reflects the scale and atmosphere of the event.

Particular attention was given to:

• keynote speakers and panel discussions

• workshop sessions and smaller group formats

• internal award ceremonies and team recognition

• branded environments, staging, and visual identity

• candid moments between participants during breaks and evening events

The result is a comprehensive image library that accurately represents the event as a whole, rather than a collection of isolated highlights. This approach is especially important for international companies running large conferences, where images need to work across different teams, countries, and communication channels.
