I work closely with organisers ahead of the event to understand the schedule and key moments, then document the conference as it unfolds. My approach is unobtrusive and structured, ensuring consistent coverage across sessions, speakers, and interactions.

How many photos are delivered?
As a general guideline:
Half-day conference (up to 4 hours): 100–150 edited photos
Full-day conference (up to 8 hours): 200–300 edited photos
Multi-day conferences: scoped per day, typically in the same range
The final number depends on programme density, number of sessions running in parallel, and priorities agreed in advance.
When are the photos delivered?
Highlights: 15–30 images can be delivered within 24 hours if needed.
Full gallery: typically within 3–5 business days after the event.
For multi-day conferences, delivery can be staged by day if required.
Do you cover multi-day conferences and parallel sessions?
Yes. Multi-day coverage and parallel sessions are common. If there are multiple stages running at the same time, we scope coverage priorities in advance to ensure the right sessions are documented.
What is included in conference coverage?
Pre-event alignment on schedule and priorities, on-site coverage, careful selection and editing, and delivery via a private online gallery with downloadable files.
How can we use the images?
Images can be used for event recap, website, social media, PR, and internal communication. If you need extended usage (e.g. paid advertising, partner distribution, long-term campaigns), we can align on that upfront.
